The company operates an ISO9000 managed Concrete Processing Division backed by a QSRMC approved in house laboratory. Quality is managed by a dedicated Quality Manager and Technical Assistant. Additional technical expertise is sourced via CTS technical consultants to the Northern Ireland Construction Industry. A 4.25m3 wet batching pan mixer is complimented by two dry batching plants to ensure consistency of quality and rigorous ‘on time’ delivery internal performance measures. Excellence in service is a key differentiator requested by our customers which we constantly strive to attain as reflected by our average 95% on time delivery trend. Concrete recipes number over 150 mix types ranging from ‘trench fill’ foundation mix designs to C45/50 reinforced industrial floor mix designs.

Within Norman Emerson Group we are able to provide our own dedicated concrete laying teams supported by experienced sales and field managers, the contracts division offer a high-quality service from a green field site to a finished concrete surface. We are able to provide a brushed, patterned, tampered or a power floated surface finish to fulfil any requirement necessary. All contracts are quality assured via our ISO9000 process.
